Excellent communicator

Richard and his team did a first rate job in marketing and selling our home. We had a few issues to address along the way, but they were always taken care of in an expeditious fashion. Communications were always timely and appropriate. We had good comps to help with setting the appropriate market pricing. This is not the first home that I have bought or sold through the Richard Capps Team. It is hard to make a bad choice in a real estate team/agent when using the Richard Capps Team!

It was a whirlwind from the time our house went on the market. There was a huge interest in our property, most likely because of the excellent drone photography that showcased all its best features. Within hours of going live, we had interested buyers. Richard was in communication with us multiple times a day, orchestrating the viewings. The house went under contract in six days. My husband and I have bought and sold many properties in our lives, and Richard was by far the best realtor we have ever had in terms of communication and market knowledge.
