He took the time to perform comparable property (comp) analysis and helped us understand whether a property was reasonably priced. He also pointed out potential flaws and concerns with some of the homes we were considering and, when appropriate, advised us against buying them. We truly felt that our best interests were being put first. Even after the purchase was completed, Rich remained willing to help and answer questions whenever we needed assistance. That level of continued support really demonstrated how much they cared about their clients beyond simply closing the deal. Rich's professionalism, responsiveness, market knowledge, honesty, and dedication made the entire home-buying process much easier and gave us confidence in our decisions.
