It was an easy decision five years later to use him for our sale of the same home this month, once again from across the country. Rich is an expert and an honest, honorable man! We worked with him over an entire year in a very difficult market. He is kind, patient, fun, compassionate, gracious, wise(told us no not a good place many times), excellent evaluator of houses and locations, you could move this wall, unfailingly cheerful, committed to walking with us even when we wanted to quit, consistently available, efficiently moved us forward, strategically made offers or withdrew them, humble, prayed with us and for us constantly. he knows the rules and laws well. Did what he said he'd do and in the time he said. Honestly we can't imagine how he could be better.

We have bought four houses and Rich exceeded our expectations at every turn. He never grew weary of our changing criteria and cheerfully showed us whatever we wanted. His experience in every part of the process was very evident and reassuring. When there were items we questioned on the inspection, Rich willingly jumped in and helped resolve them. After moving into our new home, we clearly wanted him to sell out previous residence. That was even more amazing when it sold less than week after listing, well above the asking price. Again, when there were issues with closing, Rich went the extra mile to resolve them and helped us close on time.

Rich has helped us sell our home (2019) and now purchase our new one (2021) , both were great experiences. Rich has a great knowledge of both buying and selling home and incredible faith. It was not easy buying a house in the market we are currently in, but he took the ferry, and traveled out to the areas we were looking at every weekend and some random weekdays for months. He sometimes scouted out some potential candidates ahead of time, and seeing if there were things other than what we wanted to see that were worth our time, he knew what we valued and we're looking for. I have to mention that when we sold our house a few years ago he helped us paint and seal the deck and windows when were crunched for time. He kept us informed of everything in the process, both buying and selling and explained things to us we didn't understand. Rich is not only our realtor, he has become our friend.
