In 2018 we worked with Rhonda to purchase our townhouse. At that time, we knew we might be there only a short time. We were deciding between 2 townhouses and Rhonda advised us that the one we ultimately bought would be easier to resell. Fast forward 1 1/2 years (and in the middle of COVID-19) and it is time for us to sell. We contacted Rhonda to help us. She was able to get our home sold not only above list but with no inspection or appraisal contingency - and we never had to let anyone into our home during a pandemic - everything was done from a distance. Rhonda's creative problem solving and negotiation skills made this the easiest sale experience yet!

This is my second time using Rhonda as my agent. She is very professional and friendly and goes above and beyond to ensure I was happy.
