Reni is the best real estate agents I have ever known. She is knowledgable, honest, dedicate and responsive. <br/><br/>As most of first-time home buyers, we are fairly unfamiliar with the market in Pasadena and are not sure what would be a good purchase. We have attended some open houses prior to working with Reni, but are really unsure of the marketplace. <br/><br/>Couple months ago, we found Reni on internet and contacted her. From then on, she hlped to relieve a lot of pressure as we looked for houses that would fit our needs and budget. Reni was on top of the entire transaction from submitting the offer and negotiating the counter offer with the Sellers' agent. Reni has strong negotiation skills as well. She helped us to ask the seller fix all the defected parts. She made the purchase process extremely easy when dealing with the purchase documents, city inspections, property inspections etc. She know exactly what to do, we always felt comfortable that the details were being handled. <br/><br/>I cannot stress enough Reni's level of dedication and trustworthiness and I strongly recommend any prospective buyer or seller to at least speak to Reni while they consider their Real eastate options. Her depth of local San Gabriel Valley expertise combined with the highest level of professionalism is far above any other agent I have ever dealt with. I would give her 10 stars if I could!!
