FIVE STARS. Reni had her work cut out for her with us back in the Fall of '25. We not only were trying to sell our home in LA, but we were moving to New York, so a great deal of the work had to be done with us on the other side of the country. And to complicate things even further, we needed to sell ASAP. Reni took us through all the proper steps, providing us with a binder that laid out a timeline, goals, extensive research on our neighborhood, and how she thinks we should price it. Her main priorities were making sure we were happy and was more than willing to make any adjustments to ensure that. She provided us with someone to stage the home, a house cleaner, landscaper, handyman, a plumber, etc. Anyone and anything we needed, Reni had it covered. She's also just a lovely human being. Her kindness is only outweighed by her patience. She was very communicative throughout the entire process, which was so comforting since we were on the east coast.
