When I was growing up in Brazil, I used to watch my father, a realtor, do many real estate transactions. I felt his passion for the profession, and sometimes I even helped. him when he took me to show properties to clients. I moved to the United States in 1998, knowing only two words in English: Thank you." After a few years and a lot of hard work, I learned the language and got an office job as an insurance agent. Time passed, and I earned my Property and Casualty license in Massachusetts. In 2006, I moved to Florida, where I continued to work in the insurance industry until my husband and I decided to purchase a home. Our experience wasn’t enjoyable. I realized I could do a better job and help people achieve their dream of home ownership. After taking real estate classes, I passed my exam in 2020 and got my Real Estate license. I started as a part-time realtor, but shortly thereafter I became a full-time realtor.
I love the process—from meeting clients to helping them get approved to purchase a home, showing as many properties as needed until we find THE ONE. Then, sending the offer and negotiating on behalf of my clients so they get the best outcome. After closing the deal, I get great pleasure from handing the new homeowners their homes.
Sweet Home Keys
I’m still a licensed insurance agent in Massachusetts and Florida, so I stay knowledgeable about rules and regulations related to the insurance business. In this way, I can assist my clients in acquiring the best property without surprises about insurance costs. I take at least 25 hours per month of additional real estate classes to stay fully informed about what is going on with the market. I have a great network of lenders and service providers I can refer my clients to if needed.
Since I passed my real estate exam, I have acquired many certifications and designations, including GRI—Graduate Realtor Institute; RENE—Real Estate Negotiation Expert, SFR -- Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource, SRS -- Seller Representative Specialist, ABR—Accredited Buyers Representative. My goal is to gain as much knowledge as I can to better serve all my clients. My husband and I co-own a home remodeling company, and I have vast experience in home remodeling. We are a family-owned and operated interior remodeling company. All my acquired knowledge allows me to help my clients make the best decisions. according to their needs and financial position. I look forward to working with you!
