Rena is super nice and really easy to work with. If you have any issues arise, she is good at getting your problems solved and worked out. She gives great advice on getting your home ready to put on the market. Mountain Home loves her and she is well connected in the community. Rena is readily available for a call or a text anytime you need her. We were very happy with our experience having Rena as our realtor. We were able to sell our home with no problem and make a lot of money. She is also very personable and we recommend her highly.

She was straight and blunt to the point, she didn’t tell you just what you wanted to hear but also her honest opinion. We never had to second guess whether she was only telling us to make a sale or not. She was the realtor we used to both buy our house then sell it 3 years later. It was a smooth sailing experience from the time we listed to closing. She was also easy to get a hold of, and answered all the questions we possibly had. She made buying and selling easy. I honestly can’t say enough good things about Rena. If I could go back and do one thing differently, it would be calling her the day my dad passed away. She knows Mountain Home inside and out and has been there forever. She has relationships with all the right contractors and local businesses, and looking back, I know she could have saved me a lot of money on repairs if I had involved her from the very beginning. Once Rena stepped in, everything became so much easier. Selling an estate comes with a million moving pieces. We ended up replacing the roof, HVAC system, and dealing with several unexpected issues along the way, but I never felt like I was carrying the weight of it. She coordinated everything, handled the details, and only reached out when I actually needed to make a decision. That alone took so much stress off my plate. What impressed me most was how much she genuinely cared. After we closed, a cat had accidentally gotten into the house while contractors were coming and going. Without hesitation, Rena went over the next day to make sure it was safely taken care of. That’s just the kind of person she is. Navigating the sale of my dad’s home could have been overwhelming, but Rena made the entire process feel seamless. She’s knowledgeable, incredibly well-connected, responsive, and truly cares about her clients. If you’re buying or selling in Mountain Home, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her.
