We never had to second guess whether she was only telling us to make a sale or not. She was the realtor we used to both buy our house then sell it 3 years later. It was a smooth sailing experience from the time we listed to closing. She was also easy to get a hold of, and answered all the questions we possibly had. She made buying and selling easy.
