I honestly can’t say enough good things about Rena. If I could go back and do one thing differently, it would be calling her the day my dad passed away. She knows Mountain Home inside and out and has been there forever. She has relationships with all the right contractors and local businesses, and looking back, I know she could have saved me a lot of money on repairs if I had involved her from the very beginning. Once Rena stepped in, everything became so much easier. Selling an estate comes with a million moving pieces. We ended up replacing the roof, HVAC system, and dealing with several unexpected issues along the way, but I never felt like I was carrying the weight of it. She coordinated everything, handled the details, and only reached out when I actually needed to make a decision. That alone took so much stress off my plate. What impressed me most was how much she genuinely cared. After we closed, a cat had accidentally gotten into the house while contractors were coming and going. Without hesitation, Rena went over the next day to make sure it was safely taken care of. That’s just the kind of person she is. Navigating the sale of my dad’s home could have been overwhelming, but Rena made the entire process feel seamless.
