I first used Rebecca Wellborn’s service as a realtor when I moved to Florida from Colorado in 2012. She was highly recommend to me. She proved to be an absolute gem, not only her commitment and dedication to help me find a home within one week, but her follow-through for many months, and actually years thereafter. When I decided to sell my home, Rebecca was the obvious choice for a realtor. She has been in the real estate business a long time and it shows. Once again, she became my rock! When my closing, almost fell through due to issues concerning my buyer’s buyers, it was Rebecca who came up with the solution for my buyer’s buyers realtor! Rebecca has consistently displayed attention to detail and to her clients while working along side me while I was looking for the perfect Florida getaway home. I worked with Rebecca ina long-distance relationship for well over a year during a tough market. She sent many listings trying to hone in on what I was looking for. In fact she urged me not to buy at one point due to the huge increase in prices. She was helpful every step of the way assisting me with paperwork, inspections even storing a dining room light fixture for several months. When the unit wasn't ready when promised, she provided a place to stay and then assisted me with finding storage. She also personally cleaned much of the unit when the developer had not cleaned as promised. She truly went beyond what anyone would expect, and is still helping me with assembling electronics and providing extra help in getting settled. Extraordinary would be a one word assessment of her work. Yes, I would certainly use her again and highly recommend her to others.
