When the unit wasn't ready when promised, she provided a place to stay and then assisted me with finding storage. She also personally cleaned much of the unit when the developer had not cleaned as promised. She truly went beyond what anyone would expect, and is still helping me with assembling electronics and providing extra help in getting settled.
