We met Rebecca "by accident" (she was not a recommendation, but everything happens with a reason!) - she was showing us the property we found via one of the apps. She left a very good impression from the first moment - very sharp, smart, kind, approachable, professional and knowledgeable. We were not experienced buyers and Rebecca provided lots of help with explaining the process and by sharing useful emails and explanations from the start. Once we found the home we wanted to buy, she was on top of everything - advising us, negotiating the purchase price, leading the process and coordinating the communication with the lender, title company and seller's agent. Rebecca was always available, very responsive, willing to help and solution-oriented when we faced the challenges (and there were quite a few of those on every side: appraisal, lender, deadlines, you name it...). She stepped up in very unusual situations and was willing to go above an beyond to close the deal. Rebecca is highly motivated, organized and well rounded professional that I would recommend from the bottom of my heart. I cannot imagine doing any other house related transaction without her.
First home purchase for me and my wife. As you could guess, there were a ton of questions & anxiety from my end. Rebecca did a fantastic job answering those questions in layman's terms and limiting the un needed panic. Rebecca was very knowledgeable and honest.
