Originally from Pennsylvania, I moved to Tampa in 1985 & quickly fell in love with the Florida lifestyle. By 1987, I had settled in Beautiful New Port Richey & launched my career in real estate, inspired by the beauty of Florida’s coastal living. My career includes assisting in the development of six subdivisions, managing a wide range of transactions in residential, commercial, vacant land, & business properties, & building my own investment portfolio.
