We had a condo in Orlando, FL. My husband and I live in another state. About 10 minutes after I sent email to Scott Garrison, he called me back and we met the next day to start the sale. The condo was tenant occupied which made it difficult for potential buyers to see with 24 hours notice. Finally the tenants moved out when the lease expired and we received offers shortly after. The condo was not highly priced I have to say, but the buyer still made demands. We did make some repair work but not all of it and the buyer accepted. Realtor Wes Garrison was super easy to work with and very accommodating. From the start he provided us a great list of homes to start looking at which really made things much easier. Once we found a number of great houses there were a number of times we went out looking and it sometimes went into the late evening and we all had allot of fun. Once we found our perfect house Wes was really on top of things and handled everything for us, even when there were a few hiccups both he and his brother were way on top of it. Wes Garrison works with the Garrison Brothers Real Estate with Realtor Scott Garrison, and was recommended to me by my landlord as an honest and knowledgeable person to do business with. It was the first time I dealt with a real estate agent and he made the process easy and kinda fun. He seamed to know a lot about the Maitland area and that was very convenient. There were many places to look at and I had much to consider. He was easy to get a hold of when I had questions about finding a lender and I would recommend him to friends and family.

Called him from this site and it took him a few calls to call me back (maybe that's just how it works- most other realtors never called me back at ever), but once he did he showed me the home I found on my own in Casselberry, which I ended up hating when I saw it, so he sent me a list of some other ones and I feel he is a big help to me now. He said once I'm "in his phone" he'll recognize the call and he's always there when I call him. When he calls me he calls himself "my favorite Realtor" so I guess he is! The list he sends me were just the kind of homes I wanted, and we have a short sale under contract now in Winter Park waiting to close. It's taking forever to get the contract approved by the seller's lender, not Scott Garrison fault, he told me it would take forever and I didn't believe him. If this one doesn't work I would definitely stick with him on the next one.

We had our house in Reunion on the Market for nearly a year with no success.
