A Realtor family Member found Scott by his marketing online as area Specialists, and after I met with him I hired him to sell my home in Southwest Orlando. I live about 3 hours south of Orlando so having Scott as my realtor really made everything run very smoothly and I didn't even have to drive up for the closing. He produced over 20 showings for me in only 24 days, and in the end his colleague found a buyer who offered full price! There were a few repairs required to the home and since I live out of the area, Scott made getting the repairs done very easy on me. I worked with Scott Garrison so long ago I can’t even remember how far back- must have been in the early 90’s when we were both just out of college at UCF. He helped me buy my first home a new construction in Dunhill in Oviedo (I can’t even remember the address) and then helped me sell it 3 years later when I took a job in Atlanta, and we made a profit even after only a few years new construction.
