I’ve worked with Scott many times over many years. Scott worked with me as the buyer's agent when I bought a rental property back in 2012 and I called him again to SELL it for me in 2019 when I decided to sell...sold for 8K over the listing price in less than 10 days…and found the buyer personally! Great job!

We were first time home buyers from out of state and I was referred to Scott by our lender. I was very impressed with his reviews and I have to say that I am glad that we chose him as a realtor! We stuck together thru multiple over-full-price offers on several homes before we got our house that we love. He represented us on the Home Inspection and sent us a link to a video that made it almost a good as actually being there in person. He helped us negotiate several difficult repairs, including getting the sellers to replumb the entire home at no charge! We bought the entire home remotely without seeing the inside personally, based upon his work and detailed videos posted on YouTube for us to review. We are very happy and satisfied with the entire process and recommend Scott to other buyers who are thinking about buying a home in the Orlando area. We would definitely work with him again, he went above and beyond what we expected and took a lot of stress off my shoulders.

We found Scott online as we were looking for condos and he was in our corner every step of the way advising us on the right property. We offered on three places and his understanding of the market helped us limit how high we were willing to go and wait to find the right places. Being patient helped get us the best deals. We depended on his advice to pursue or not different options. After helping us negotiate a fair contract he was very helpful in negotiating some credits after the inspection revealed some problems with the units. He took care of us when curve balls were thrown at us during the closing process too. His advice on how to take care of the practical, post closing, details were necessary because we are new to the area and ignorant of the steps to turn on utilities and initiate postal service. He not only helped us get one property but worked very hard to get us a condo right next door so together they functioned like a duplex. Because we plan to live in one and rent out the other, his expertise with the rental market was invaluable as he coached us here as well. We were very happy with the process and the results and believe others looking to buy in this area would appreciate his help, as we did, from start to finish.

Wes is the best in the business! I have worked with both him and his team “The Garrison Brothers” at ReMax Town & Country on scores of transactions and it has always been a great experience! He has helped me and my family with numerous purchases and we are working on a new purchase as we speak. He saved our deal from going sideways when the houses didn't appraise at value. Wes has a unique way of being both personal and professional that always brings a great sense of ease to each transaction, even when things get tough as they sometimes often do. He really knows Real Estate, his attention to detail and his commitment to his clients allows me to recommend him to anyone without hesitation!

Totally awesome, got thousands above asking price. Would highly recommend ReMax Scott and Wes Garrison. Completely professional, friendly and understand the industry and area!

I have known Realtors Scott & Wes Garrison for a while now and wanted to leave them a five star review for sure! I’ve seen Scott is action and he is the kind of Realtor you’d want to work with. He has great follow up and does what he promises. He seems to never forget or miss a detail. He’s been in business longer than I’ve been alive and I don’t think there is anything I could ask him he wouldn’t know about! They told me the truth about what to expect, not just what I wanted to hear…and that made things easier as I wasn’t surprised. How did he know what was going to come up and warn me about it, before it even did? There a confidence he has that probably comes from doing this for so long. They had an Awesome team of Lenders, Home Inspectors, Title Companies that made my sale way easy. If you are looking for a great Realtor Team, I hope they are the ones for you too!

I was referred to He and his brother buy a mutual friend and was pleased with the experience. This is a very well run organization and they know a lot about all aspects of the process and the market. I would recommend them to friends and family.

My husband and I have known Scott Garrison about 30 years. Even as a young man, we noticed his motivation and willingness to work hard. So when it came time to sell our vacant land in the downtown Orlando area, we knew who we would call. Scott always responded to text messages and returned phone calls quickly, including weekends. It was easy discussing offers on the property, finally accepting a strong offer from a buyer generated by Scott. The closing was scheduled for the day before our daughter's wedding which wasn't going to work for us. Scott arranged a more convenient day for us to sign papers. For anyone looking to sell vacant land, we recommend contacting Scott Garrison. We were very pleased with the whole process and would gladly work with Scott again

Realtors Wes & Scott Garrison helped make my home buying experience go very smoothly and led to a very quick closing. They knows the market well in the area I was looking, generally in the area of UCF/Full Sail. They is particularly knowledgeable about home construction, maintenance and repair matters. They were always very responsive, available, and stayed out in front of all the tasks that were required.

Scott always told us the truth, even if we didn’t want to hear it at the time!! made our home purchase easier in the end and we got our FIRST home that we love! Follow his advice and you’ll get a good deal!

Scott made the house purchase process so easy. He has relationships with numerous needed individuals for the process including inspections, insurance, and title companies. I'm so happy to be a homeowner. This was all done in 1 month's time!
