We found Scott online as we were looking for condos and he was in our corner every step of the way advising us on the right property. He not only helped us get one property but worked very hard to get us a condo right next door so together they functioned like a duplex. Because we plan to live in one and rent out the other, his expertise with the rental market was invaluable as he coached us here as well.
