I have known Scott for many years so it was easy fro me to call him to help me buy a condo near downtown Orlando in Conway. Scott encouraged me to put in an OVER-Full Price offer to get the home secured, then when the appraisal came in lower Scott negotiated a $19,000 or 10% PRICE REDUCTION on my behalf- What a difference that will make in my equity and low Payments! Scott has great follow up, always does what he says when he says he'll get it done. He has integrity and energy and communicates completely... seemingly never forgetting or missing a detail He even recommended a GREAT Home Inspector that I was very pleased with! I was very happy and satisfied with the process and would recommend Scott to OTHERS to BUY a HOME! I would definitely work with him again!

I have known Wes for almost 10 years and I first met him as a Contractor and used on several projects for my house. I always really enjoyed working with him because he always did what he said he would do, I never had to worry about anything when it came to completing any of the jobs he did for me. Called him from this site and it took him a few calls to call me back (maybe that's just how it works- most other realtors never called me back at ever), but once he did he showed me the home I found on my own in Casselberry, which I ended up hating when I saw it, so he sent me a list of some other ones and I feel he is a big help to me now. He said once I'm "in his phone" he'll recognize the call and he's always there when I call him. When he calls me he calls himself "my favorite Realtor" so I guess he is! The list he sends me were just the kind of homes I wanted, and we have a short sale under contract now in Winter Park waiting to close. It's taking forever to get the contract approved by the seller's lender, not Scott Garrison fault, he told me it would take forever and I didn't believe him. If this one doesn't work I would definitely stick with him on the next one.

What I was most impressed with, was not just his knowledge about how to sell, but that he was a licensed resid. contractor as well! He really saved me some money with his advice I was ready to do some serious upgrades thinking that’s what it would take to sell. We had our house in Reunion on the Market for nearly a year with no success. A friend of mine told me about Scott and how good he was, I was skeptical, but Scott is a marketing expert in Real Estate, he managed to sell our house in a few weeks as soon as he took over and got us over the asking price! I laive in Orlando and I worked with Wes over a period of a few months to help me find a vacant lot that I could build on. He was really efficient with everything, I had an updated list emailed to me every morning of properties that were available when an new one came on. There was a problem with the lot that I put an offer on not really being the size it was listed as, it was too small according to the survey I got. From the time I first met with him…. to the time I got an actual check for the sale of my Home in Lake Mary… was less than 30 days, including the time to put in on the market, get it sold, and get it CLOSED. Got a great price and he sold it with a Cash offer too. Of course I would use him again! Easy to communicate with. Very familiar with homes in the Forest community here in Lake Mary.
