Ray was fantastic every step of the way! From the very beginning, he made himself available to show us properties within 24 hours and introduced us to homes we hadn’t previously considered. As first-time buyers, we appreciated how he took the time to highlight potential areas of concern in certain properties and clearly explain housing terms, policies, and processes that were completely new to us. He never rushed us and always made sure we felt informed and comfortable with every decision. During escrow, Ray was just as supportive. Whether we had questions about paperwork details or bigger financing concerns, he always responded within two hours and made sure everything was addressed thoroughly. Even now, about a month after moving into our home, Ray continues to provide support, including helping us navigate home warranty questions.
