We purchased in the larger SE Michigan area, but had such a positive experience working with Randall on our sale, we wanted to continue the relationship. Randall helped me buy my first home and was extremely communicative, quick to respond, and knowledgeable as we walked through the entire process. He was patient with my and my dad's questions and made it easy to schedule home walk-throughs at different times of the week. His knowledge of the local Detroit market led him to share a listing he believed was a good fit (a more central condo when I was looking at 3 bedroom homes more on the outskirts) and that home turned out to be perfect for me. Randall was a great ally to have by my side while viewing houses and ultimately purchasing a house. He is very experienced and knowledgeable about the house buying process and was able to give me a lot of guidance and recommended very competent professionals for things like the home inspection. Randall impressed me with his attention to detail and detective skills when walking through houses. He noticed small things like used matches on top of a water heater (indicating someone had to relight it recently) and knew how to test whether a stove exhaust was hooked up correctly to blow outside. Randall is a bit of a nerd about houses (especially weird old features) and he was able to answer every question I had - and I learned a lot in the process! I highly recommend working with Randall and I feel very fortunate that the random Zillow algorithm connected me to him - very lucky for me!
