Rachel went above and beyond in assisting us in finding, and helping us secure our first investment property. She had great inside imput about various HOAs and Condo Groups, and staff able to help imput their own ROI projections on prospective properties. She helped advocate for us when we ran into different roadblocks with our mortgauge company, and keeping them on track for closing. She was always down to earth, and never pushy. She had good advice, and asked helpful questions, being first time investors. 10/10 we would recommend her services, and will be return clients.

We've worked with lots of realtors in our lives, and sometimes it's difficult for realtors to catch and understand the criteria a buyer has for purchasing a property. Not Rachel!! After a couple of phone calls, and looking at a few properties, she understood exactly what we were looking for. In fact, so much so, the property we ended up purchasing was bought sight-unseen based completely on Rachel's evaluation, inspection and research. We live in Indiana, so we couldn't just hop down to the beach on a whim. We didn't have to. Our confidence in Rachel's evaluation of properties and resorts put us totally at ease when we made the final decision. She texted pics to us while she was standing in our unit so we could see what the property REALLY looked like -- not after it had been doctored up by a real estate photographer.
