I don’t even know where to start! Rachel and Pete are absolutely INCREDIBLE! This was the first house we were buying and with being military, we only had one weekend to come down to look at homes and after that had to do everything remotely. After the first day (Pete showed us 7 homes!) I got discouraged but he told me to keep an open mind for day number 2. So onto day number 2, and 11 homes later ha ha! We found our PERFECT home!!! Pete was NEVER once pushing for us to purchase one. He showed us so many options some we didn’t even know were available He gave us honest answers when we asked but never made his opinion known without us asking for it and he never once rushed us through a home or to pick one. Since it was our first experience with buying we were so lost with all the costs and paperwork and he handled EVERYTHING it was the most painless process ever, even with being in a multi offer situation. Him and Rachel both answered any questions we had extremely quickly. They were both there to text or call whenever we needed as well. Pete made sure everything from the inspector to a radon test was taken care of and we never once had to reach out to a third party for anything. Since we weren’t able to be down there right away after closing, they so graciously watched the home and check on it during our absence. I can’t speak enough praise about them, I would HIGHLY suggest going with them for any sort of your home buying or selling needs! I can't say enough about Rachel and Pete and Hernandez Realty Group. After my father passed away, I needed to sell my parent's home for my Mom.
