As a first time home buyer and in another state, I was nervous and needed a realtor who would patiently break down each home buying step for me, be available to answer questions at any time of day and be willing to drive over to view a house at a moment’s notice, sometimes on a Sunday to FaceTime me in the pouring rain! She did all of that and more! She thought of everything and put me in touch with the right people, i.e., lenders, attorneys, and inspectors, and gave me plenty of choices.
