Since we were relocating from out of state, Rachel and Pete were able to cover our inspection appointment for us, as well as scheduled all of the required appointments that needed to be done. We were also interested in looking at homes in the Apex area around Raleigh...we called Rachel to ask for some advice in that area, and she was upfront in telling us she was not super knowledgeable of the area, but that she would find us a great realtor up there to help out. She called around and within a few days we had another amazing realtor willing and able to help us find a house in that area as well. We ended up buying in Southern Pines, but appreciated that she took the time to find us someone else who was great! I would recommended choosing Rachel and Pete...they are fantastic!

Selling a home can be very complicated and stressful but Rachel and her Team made the process extremely manageable and successful. Our situation was very unique in that it was my 86 year old mother selling her home in Pinewild without much help that could be provided by us her family who all live a distance away. My mother is incredibly independent and has resisted moving near family for 4 years. She also has the responsibility of her special needs 78 year old sister living with her and it has been beyond stressful getting her to agree to move near one of us. From our first meeting with Rachel to the closing, she and her team have been there to help with every aspect of listing the house including vetting and hiring contractors to do some required fixes and maintenance to get top dollar.
