During the buying process with Mrs.Bumgardener it was as seamless as possible, and everything I could’ve asked for. Never felt like I was pushed but guided in the right direction which was something I valued and evaluated. She provided quality care and support to the process. Always went above and beyond to get the necessary answers if needed and gave true care that made everything better. Couldn’t thank her anymore !

We were going through a VA loan and Rachel was assigned to us and I am so glad she was. We were buying from another state and were potentially buying a house unseen. But Rachel made the process very easy and less scary with every follow up . She would immediately go out and take detailed videos of any house we were even remotely interested in and gave us her honest opinion on everything. She was very responsive and answered all of our crazy questions (with us being first time homebuyers, there were a lot of questions. lol) she was patient with us and walked us through the whole process. Doing a military move, we've never been to the area before and had to buy sight unseen. Rachel really helped us understand the different areas of El Paso and helped us decide which area was right for us. Any interest we had in a property, she was quick to get us information and check out the property in person for us sending lots of pictures and videos. I was really unsure about buying something from across the country, but Rachel made it easy and gave us confidence in the decisions we were making. She was always very sweet and professional. I will absolutely use Rachel again when we move in a few years!
