Mary helped us find a home in the Naperville area. She is personable, easy going and a pleasure to work with. She was accessible and responded quickly to any question that we had. The people that she recommended (lawyer, lender, contractor, home inspector) were all great! I highly recommend her as she helped me find a home that we love and can help you work with the right people for a successful closing.

Mary was very helpful in all aspects of our home buying. She was there to answer and guide us thru the whole process. Answered all our questions prompt. And Mary is very personable. We will recommend her to all our friends who need assistance with selling or buying homes.

Mary was excellent! We had 15 showings scheduled for the first three days the property was listed but had to cancel a few as we had a contract by the end of day two. Final sales price was 98.9% of the asking price. We highly recommend her!

Mary was extremely helpful and caring through the entire sale process. We had worked with her in 1999 to find the home in IL and went to her when we were ready to sell and leave the state. During a difficult time in the housing market, Mary worked very hard to find potential customers. She has a strong relationship with many realtors and that helped finding the right buyer. She is one quality person.

As novices to the western suburbs, Mary did a tremendous job finding, negotiating, and purchasing our new home. We found our home from the 2nd house she showed us! She did it by truly understanding our needs and the market. We could n't be happier with Mary and our new home.

Mary was wonderful to work with from our first phone call, which she immediately returned, even while out of town! She has excellent insight to the market and immediately knew what we were looking for. We were so happy when the second home we walked into felt right for us. She guided us through a somewhat difficult negotiation process and shared our excitement on closing day, complete with taking a photo of us in front of our new home during our final walk through. Mary is experienced, knowledgeable, responsive and savvy. We are so happy to have worked with her.

Mary is very pleasant to work with. Always responsive -- immediately returns calls and texts. Stayed on top of negotiations. Went beyond the call of duty on several occasions.

Mary is a very hard-working, honest and professional realtor. Her knowledge of the market and experience are essential to getting the job done without any problems. She is easy to reach and is quick to respond to any inquiries. On a personal level, she is a very pleasant individual. I highly recommend her services.

The afformentioned real estate agent conducted herself in an excellent manor, while performing her professional responsibilities. If I could use a single word that would set her aside from any other realtor, it would thorough. Nothing was left undone! She comes highly recommended, without reservation.

Mary Braatz showed my many properties and wrote the contract on my house. Mary doesn't stop there I had problems that came up the mortgage company and attorney she got on it right way and took care of it. If you want someone who will go the extra mile work with Mary Braatz!

We had decided to buy a condo and then list our house for sale. Mary Braatz found the ideal condo for us. She showed us several units in three suburbs. She was always professional and pleasant. She was punctual for the showings, low pressure, but helpful. To sell our house we had wanted to hire a realtor from our neighborhood, but we decided to hire Mary Braatz to list our home even though her office was in another town. She was thorough. She priced our house well. Her internet description of our house was well written. The 25 photos of our home were well done. Our home sold the second weekend in a mini-bidding war in July 2013. Thanks, Mary. We want you to represent us on our next real estate venture. It was a pleasure to work with you.

Mary has actually helped me sell two homes. Both times she was patient and informative to help me understand the process. With her help, I achieved the price goal I needed. Her knowledge of this industry shows her years of experience. I would have used her to purchase but I bought out of state. She even answered any questions regarding that. I recommend her to sell, buy or even use for commercial. I am currently using her to sell a commercial property too.
