I have worked with Mary for both buying and selling my home and she was excellent. She was very knowledgeable about the area, comps, and most importantly she didn't try to push me into anything I wasn't comfortable with. I have a lot of trust for Mary and would have continued to work with her if I hadn't moved out of the area. Highly recommended!

She works very hard for her clients and is always in communication with the. I very highly recommend her if you are buying or selling. Give her a call; I promise you you will not regret it!!

Mary provided solid actionable feedback on what I needed to do to sell my house at the price I wanted to get for it. She went out of her way to help and accommodate my circumstances. Solid reliable professional. If I move back to Chicagoland I'll use her to find a place.

Loved Mary, extremely professional, hard working and knows everyone. Sold house within a week, with multiple offers. I texted her at midnight and received an immediate response. Love people who go the "extra mile".

I needed to buy a condo long distance, so Mary needed to be my eyes and ears, as well as work with my son and a good friend who were also my eyes and ears. She was extremely cooperative and patient with the process, always getting back to me promptly and willingly showing properties to my friend and family. I highly recommend her.

Mary is extremely professional and very responsive. She definitely knows what she is doing when it comes to the home buying and selling process. She constantly kept me updated with how things were going and made sure that I was getting things done.

This was our first time where we were both buying and selling a property. Mary was there for us all the way! She was always available for questions and was very honest. It is very obvious that Mary is experienced but at the same time she always remembered that we are not and this was a big deal to us. Nothing can be more frustrating than when you are in a stressful time in your life and the professional helping you just acts like it's a day to day occurrence as it is for them. Mary never made is feel like we weren't important. We are so glad we found Mary!

Mary- is a calm and very professional person to have with you when purchasing a property- she is patient- Mary accommodates all requests- and is able to find the ideal home suited to the customer

Mary was very helpful and personable. She researched the ownership history of the properties I visited, and was very familiar with housing in Downers Grove. I believe that her experience in the area was an amazingly helpful asset. She responded quickly to any and all inquires I had regarding various aspects of the buying process. A pleasure to work with!

Mary was great throughout the process of buying our new home. She was very knowledgeable and responsive. Our closing had to be postponed when damage was found during our pre-closing inspection. Mary helped keep the process on track until all issues were resolved. We really appreciated her help and strongly recommend her.

Mary was excellent to work with. She is extremely knowledgeable about the area and went above and beyond to help us find the perfect home. We especially appreciated her positive attitude and helped us to see the potential that some of the homes possessed. She was always eager to help and I would recommend her to anyone.

Mary helped with my first home purchase. She was incredibly helpful and attentive, always easily accessible, and kept me informed at each step along the way. I highly recommend her services, and wouldn't hesitate to contact her again when the need arises.
