Phong Lam has been extremely helpful throughout the entire process for my entire deal. I thought I couldn't qualify for a mortgage since I already owned a home. But Phong and the mortgage loan officer that he recommended over to me figured out an alternative solution to re-finance my house to purchase the 2nd home. Phong went over and beyond my expectation because my English is very limited and good thing he can speak Cantonese in addition to the many other languages that he knows. So he did a lot of running around working on my re-finance portion of my home and guided me throughout the process from beginning til end. And also working on getting the deal together on the 2nd property as well at the same time. I don't think I would've been able to purchase another house, but he made it possible for me. I am very pleased and thankful to Phong and his Century 21 company for the exceptional service that they have provided for me.
