I happened to be browsing the internet one day and came across a house with Phong's information attached. I was interested in the house so I gave him a call. I wanted to work with him because he was to the point, knowledgeable, energetic and I could tell he was on top of his game. He is very detail oriented, very easy to reach primarily through texts and emails and kept me up to date during the whole process. Phong is extemely personable, polite and and at times when I got frustrated during the difficult times of the house process he was very encouraging and even when I wanted to scream at him when frustrated (even though it was never his fault) that was difficult because he is a doll! Phong Lam has been extremely helpful throughout the entire process for my entire deal. I thought I couldn't qualify for a mortgage since I already owned a home. But Phong and the mortgage loan officer that he recommended over to me figured out an alternative solution to re-finance my house to purchase the 2nd home. Phong went over and beyond my expectation because my English is very limited and good thing he can speak Cantonese in addition to the many other languages that he knows. So he did a lot of running around working on my re-finance portion of my home and guided me throughout the process from beginning til end. And also working on getting the deal together on the 2nd property as well at the same time. I don't think I would've been able to purchase another house, but he made it possible for me.
