I believe the primary desire of a buyer in considering an agent is trust. Phong is very knowledgeable and patient. He works hard to understand my needs and wants. I was so pleased with every aspect of his service through out my purchase. As a first home buyer, I have lots of questions; and I always come to Phong since I know I will get the precise answers immediately ;) Excellent Experience!!!!! Thanks so much Phong Lam/CENTURY 21 Advantage Gold!!!!

Phong Lam is absolutely great! He was always quick to respond to any questions and provided us with continuous status updates. During stressful times, Phong even took on the role of a therapist to ease our minds. He remained professional and friendly even after I was sending him email after email with questions and concerns. Phong made the entire process very simple. Since it was our first home purchase, we didn't understand a lot; he made sure he explained everything in great detail and made it easy to understand. Phong was very helpful and we couldn't imagine getting through this without him. We're very happy to have had him on our side. As proud first-time homeowners, we are very satisfied with our service from Phong Lam and Century 21. Thank you for the support thoughout this process. We will definitely use Century 21 in the future and without a doubt, refer Phong Lam to everyone we know!
