Phong Lam has over exceeded my expectation! A couple of years ago, I was inquiring about the sale of my commercial mixed-use property with Phong, but ended up listing it with a couple of other Agents in the past couple of years with no success and not many showings! Fast forward a few years later, I've reached back out to Phong for assistance and to help me market my property. Phong got right on it with the market analysis to help position the property to where the market is and took many photos and editing those photos prior to posting it onto the market. I was referred to Phong Lam from Century 21 from my cousin who had previously purchased a home through him a few years ago and she had highly recommended him. I can see why she was speaking very highly of him. Phong had exceeded my expectations and went the extra mile of helping me translate throughout the entire process (even the mortgage process & terms) because I have a language barrier and he had made the entire process very easy to understand! I had elected not do a final walkthrough the day before settlement, but Phong had insisted on going regardless and had gone above & beyond to FaceTime me the final walkthrough! During the walkthrough, he encountered water leak all over the heater system & immediately notified the Listing Agent of this incident that we had not encountered before & there were still a bunch of things left inside the house that should be cleaned out. Phong worked it out with the Listing Agent and we pushed back settlement a few days until these issues were resolved. Seller was able to get the Sewer Pipe replaced in a quick amount of time and contractor cleaned out all of the left over things inside the house. I am very grateful that Phong had insisted to go to the final walkthrough in my absence & these issues were caught before it became out problem after settlement. Phong is definitely a great asset to Century 21 and I would definitely recommend him to anyone that needs an agent who goes above & beyond! Thank you for everything, Phong!
