"Phong Lam did it again! This is my 3rd transaction that I've closed within a month from obtaining the first lot! It started with 1 lot, which Phong helped me to get it under-contract. Then within a week from that, an Agent contacted Phong to see if I wanted to take the other lot directly next door. Phong quickly made me aware as he learned about it and helped negotiated a good price on it for me as well!
