Phong was amazing. Even though my house was not even $50K, he was still treating me like his million dollar customer. He is quick to answer and is always on top of everything. When I told him about a house I was interested in, he was to work with my schedule and got me to view it within that week. When I wanted to put in the offer, he sent me the paperwork that same night! Talk about turn around time. Through out the whole process, he explained in details what each documents mean. When my bid was rejected for the first house, he wisely reached out the seller agent to see why our offer wasn't accepted. The agent told us the reason, which led us to win the bid for the second house! Now I am a happy homeowner! Thank you Phong! I had worked with another agent before, but wasn't on top of things like Phong is. Sometimes she said she would call me and she never would. Phong is different.
