Phong is able to speak Vietnamese, so that helps me tremendously throughout the process! And he was able to help me translate all of the paperwork from beginning to the end at the settlement table, including all of the signing of the mortgage paperwork. To my surprise, many of my friends have also dealt with Phong on many deals in the past as well and they have highly recommended him to many of our friends too!
