Philippa is incredible! She is extremely knowledgeable about not only real estate in general, but also about the local real estate market in the greater Tampa Bay area. Additionally, she is extremely professional, courteous, and patient, and went the extra step to make sure I understood the process of buying a house every step of the way (I was a first time home buyer). My situation was unique because I was looking to buy a house in the Tampa area while I was still living up north. I found Philippa on Yelp, and I'm so glad I did! She worked with me every step of the way. I flew down to Florida a couple times and she was able to work around my schedule to show me as many properties as she could in the time I had to work with. She answered all my questions, and when she didn't have an answer, she contacted the person she knew who would. I completely respect Philippa's opinion and advice, and she's the ONLY realtor in this area I will contact if I want to buy/sell a house.
