If you're reading this review in search of a good realtor, look no further - Philippa is exactly what you need! After my father passed away, I was left with trying to figure out how to sell his townhouse that wasn't in the best shape, which made me very nervous in a quickly-evolving housing market. I honestly could not have done it without Philippa. Philippa helped me in so many ways, including helping me make sure I had all of correct paperwork I needed in order to sell during the probate process; figure out what was worth my time & money to repair in the home prior to selling; pricing the home at the exact right price; and so much more. She was in constant communication every step of the way & always made sure I understood what was going on. She made a very confusing process simple. I had an offer for asking price on the home within 24 hours after listing, which we ended up accepting & successfully closing within a month!
