Philippa has been a pleasure to work with. My husband found her from online reviews, since we are planning a move from Washington DC to Florida. We “met” her on the phone, and I flew down for a few days to look at houses in the South Tampa area. Philippa was punctual for our arranged meeting times, had printed out info sheets on all of the properties, knew detailed information that wasn’t listed, and was perceptive of our likes and dislikes. We only found one home we wanted to buy, and Philippa made it a very straightforward process.
