I'm so happy to have come in contact with "Pete in St Pete." I reached out to him with a few properties I wanted to see and in 24 hours we saw all 3 homes. When I asked him about about homes near Ft Desoto, he sent me several to review. I'm happy to say I bought one of those. He was always attentive, and responsive and informative. In less than 30 days from my 1st call and a dozen or so showings, I moved into my new home in St. Pete.

Pete helped us make the decision to sell mom’s house easier. Great communication and helped us navigate some issues we were not expecting. House went under contract in the middle of two hurricanes, and Pete did a great job keeping everything moving in the right direction.

Pete is a kind and understanding person. He is very easy to talk to and does what he says he is going to do. We bought and sold the houses at the same time, he was very hands on all the way thru closing. Have worked with a few realtors thru the years, Pete is the first realtor I would recommend to anyone that would ask me. He is a really good person.

Pete helped us search for and purchase our new home from out of state. He was always available to do virtual walk throughs which was great. He also provided data and recommendations on next steps which really helped us feel comfortable when making decisions. We highly recommend!
