Pete is a kind and understanding person. He is very easy to talk to and does what he says he is going to do. We bought and sold the houses at the same time, he was very hands on all the way thru closing. Have worked with a few realtors thru the years, Pete is the first realtor I would recommend to anyone that would ask me. He is a really good person.

Thank goodness I had Pete as my realtor. There's realtors and then there's Pete, who is outstanding in real estate. I know because I have worked with 6 realtors to date. Pete is the best. Whatever hiccups come (and they do), he overcomes them.
I really thought I was not going to be able to buy a house in price range that had the things I wanted or in the area I wanted. But, Pete really understood me and what I was looking for. When I got discouraged he gave me pep talks. He helped me keep my eye on the things I really wanted from a house and he knows the neighborhoods so well.
