I was doing an out of state buy and this guy patiently walked me hand and foot through this entire process with quick response and was extremely knowledgeable. We were introduced to Pete via an advertisement he ran in a local publication. We called and immediately established rapport. We had never been to St. Petersburg before and spent two weeks in January 2018 visiting to plan our retirement/relocation from Wash., D.C.
