I met Peggy in her office while on vacation in Venice in 2015. I was very impressed with her insight on the possibilities of making our dream come true. I returned in 2018 and rented an Air B&B and started the search for our new home with Peggy. I find her dedication and commitment commendable as she always responded to my requests and questions like I didn't even expect was human, but her character, understanding, and patience come naturally to her. She is never pushy, but she does point out really important highlights about a home that is helpful and always looking out for my best interest-which she takes time to know exactly what I want and don't want. I felt like I was shopping with my sister! She's so much fun too! We had a lot of laughs. Most of all Peggy is real!!! Down to earth and a class act all in one.

We relocated from MN in 2018 and had no clue what we were doing when it came to purchasing a home. We thankfully met Peggy in 2015 and stayed in touch with her between then and us relocating. She was very helpful with the insight as we looked houses all over Southwest Florida. We were not the easiest clients because we were very picky about the neighborhood, layout of house and wanted the most for our money but she was patient and worked with us throughout it. We found our dream home and are VERY happy to this day with it and plan to be here for awhile. (: Even to this day, she stays in touch with us to say hi and checks up on our family.
