First, let me give context - My wife and I had to sell our house, get the net profit from it in order to buy our new house in another state with a 1 day difference. We knew this wasn't going to be an easy thing to do, however, Peggy guided us to success. She was on top of any show requests that came in and called me as soon as there was interest. To our amazement, the very first people that Peggy let in for a showing offered us full price for our home. Peggy then proceeded to drive the completion of the deal and remained in constant communication with me - despite how annoying I am sure we were given the tight margin or failure (yes, I called and texted her OFTEN). Ultimately, Peggy successfully sold our home with an offer on the first showing and then mere 3 weeks after closing the deal as we were nervously driving to our new home in another state! Some things to keep in mind - - You can text and call her for updates - She will drive the conversation with the buyer and the mortgage company making it completely hands off for you - She will come to your house, evaluate, and make solid recommendations to make your house sell ready - She had a professionally photographer come through to take pictures - She negotiates on your behalf with the buyers - She is overall just a lovely individual
