Full transparency. I was trying to work with another realtor who after several attempts to let that realtor know I was ready to list my property, I did not get a response. I asked a coworker about a realtor we had talked about previously. The coworker contacted Laura and the same day Laura connected with me. Laura was very patient and explained everything. She made suggestions on some fix ups to the property which helped with the sale. Laura was always available for questions. Laura kept me informed every step of the way. Property was sold in about 30 days which was amazing. I was very pleased with the outcome and enjoyed working with Laura.
