Hired Paula Voss within 5 minutes of interviewing her. Walked me through the whole process, including what buyers feedback was going to be, what they were going to ask for, and history of competitive houses on the market. Plus, I could tell this woman was going to simply get things done! And I was right. Hired on a Wednesday and had 4 offers over asking price by Sunday - how outstanding is that?!?! I almost never called her with questions about what was happening with the process ... because she called me first. Communication was exemplary from the first meeting through closing. I simply couldn't have asked for more from a seller's agent.
