When our first buyer lost financing just days before closing, it was hard for us to stay optimistic, but Derek never doubted we would be able to sell, even if the market had cooled off. His calm demeanor helped us through tough moments, while his knowledge kept us on top of keeping our home in presentable shape. He stands up for his clients to ensure they are getting what they deserve, while also being honest about expectations to ensure both buyers and sellers are feeling satisfied with potential deals. A 2000 character limit is the only barrier that can stop me from continuing to praise this individual.
