Paula Pompa

I really appreciate the effort my real estate agent put into helping me find a home. She is a passionate and compassionate professional who genuinely cares about her clients and went above and beyond to locate properties that aligned with my needs. Her patience, dedication, and willingness to help made the buying of a home search a much more positive experience, including access to her network. One area where I believe there is room for improvement is in negotiating with the buyer’s/listing agent. I would have appreciated stronger advocacy and more strategic negotiation on my behalf, particularly when discussing terms and working to secure the best possible outcome. Overall, I am grateful for the time, care, and effort she invested in helping me. Her passion and compassion are evident, and with stronger negotiation and assertive advocacy, I believe she has the potential to provide an exceptional experience for her clients.

I’ve done 4 deals with Paula. She is the best, bar none. Period.

She has a lot of patience she’s very nice understanding of all situation a strong negotiation person very professional and hard-working all the way I would recommend Paula to work with people because she knows the type of property you’re looking for and what did the man needs and she never gives up until she find something that suits your needs

Paula is very personable and her knowledge of the real estate market was excellent. Upon our first walk through she pointed out items that should be taken care of before listing my property and aided in helping me find the repairman needed. It was such a relief to know I could count on her. She listed the property; obtained multiple offers and I closed on the property in December. Thank you Paula!!!

Paula Pompa is very Personable, and kind. She is always willing to attend your needs and go that extra mile to resolve any issues and problems that may occur during the transaction. she is a great person to deal with. and most importantly she is honest and trustworthy.

There were so many twists and turns in this sale and Paula was there to handle every one of them. Her experience and knowledge made this sale possible. She'll be the first person I call for my next Real Estate deal.
