Her patience, dedication, and willingness to help made the buying of a home search a much more positive experience, including access to her network. One area where I believe there is room for improvement is in negotiating with the buyer’s/listing agent. I would have appreciated stronger advocacy and more strategic negotiation on my behalf, particularly when discussing terms and working to secure the best possible outcome. Overall, I am grateful for the time, care, and effort she invested in helping me. Her passion and compassion are evident, and with stronger negotiation and assertive advocacy, I believe she has the potential to provide an exceptional experience for her clients.
