Paul did an exceptional job for us. He showed me a home at 9 in the morning.Then after attending an open house on our own and looking at several other homes with a VLS realtor , I contacted Paul to see if he could get me back in the house where I attended the Open House. He was able to do a showing at 6:45pm that same evening. He wrote a contract for us that same night and by 4 the next day they had accepted our offer. Since then he has been a valuable resource as we planned a move from Missouri. He has been professional, personable and supportive through the entire process. We would highly recommend him to anyone buying a home.

Paul was awesome in helping my wife and I find a condo in the area outside The Villages. There was never any pressure, and we got updates daily through a search tool, via email. He checked with us often after our offer was accepted to make sure we did not forget anything, and closing went smoothly. We have had a number of other real estate purchases that did not go nearly as well. We highly recommend Paul!
