FIRST CLASS Service. I started looking for a piece of land in Boise County 16 months ago. I met Paul Heim, as he was representing a lot I was interested in. That lot didn't work out, but I decided to utilize Paul as my realtor as he seemed very knowledgeable and experienced. And he was! We worked on purchasing another lot together for 10 months, but ultimately, it became clear that the owner actually didn't want to sell and he was just running us through hoops. Paul had a lot of experience dealing directly with this character as he'd done business with him many times before. Ultimately that property fell through and just as it did a new lot became available directly across the road. IT'S PERFECT- exactly what I was looking for - view lot, lots of trees (an old tree nursery!), close to Hwy 21, no CCR's, and a couple acres to roam upon- mostly buildable. Again Paul knew the seller and realtor very well so he was incredibly helpful in negotiating a great deal on the land which I now call home. I've been in sales myself for over 25 years, so I know excellent service when I experience it. Because of this I have a pretty high standard and can make that known. Paul has ALWAYS been very responsive to texts, calls, and emails- no waiting a day or 2 to get back to you like other sales people. He knows his trade, and has a great support team in his office as well. He also knows the right people, whether it's another seller, realtor, etc.. In the home stretch Paul went the WAY extra mile to make this deal happen- FAR AND ABOVE what other people would have done to negotiate a deal for me. Grand Slam, outa the park.
