Mr. Home took a small mountain home that had been all but destroyed by a tenant, hooked us up with a team of reliable professionals who brought us back from the brink of bankrupcy, and taking us pending at 1/3 greater the price other agents (who advised us to 'list as is') a few hours after the listing went live. And Paul did all this at a fraction the repair costs we expected. We owe Paul more than the commission he earned, and if we move back to buy again, we are calling Paul.
